Is Brock Mikesell married?

Yes, Brock Mikesell is married. He got married to his longtime girlfriend, Kesley LeRoy, on October 25, 2025, when he was 21 years old, just weeks after they announced their engagement on September 6, 2025. The two had been dating since 2019, making their relationship more than six years long before they officially became husband and wife.

They began dating back in high school in 2019, when Brock was 15 years old and Kesley was 16. Kesley, born Kesley Jade LeRoy, on December 23, 2003, is only about four months older than Brock.

Their relationship was not always smooth sailing, though. Well, March 2022, Brock’s mom, Betsy Mikesell, confirmed in an Instagram comment that Brock and Kesley had briefly broken up. However, they eventually got back together and continued their relationship.

Now, Brock first publicly confirmed they were together in his June 2020 YouTube video titled “MEET MY GIRLFRIEND *SECRET REVEALED,” though they had actually started dating the year before (in 2019).

According to Brock, the two first met back in 2017 at a movie theater, years before they officially started dating. The couple currently lives together in South Jordan, Utah, where they continue to share the behind-the-scenes of their lives as a married couple with their followers.

Brock Mikesell is originally from Utah, where he was raised alongside his twin brother, Boston and older sister, Alyssa. His parents, Gentry and Betsy Mikesell, have been active on social media as well. The family runs a joint YouTube channel called The Mikesell Family, which has nearly 190k subscribers.

When does Brock Mikesell come back from mission?

Brock Mikesell returned from his mission on July 11, 2025, at age 21. His mission journey, however, was not as straightforward as most. Well, he originally left on August 7, 2023, at age 19, to serve in Fortaleza, Brazil, where he had been learning Portuguese in preparation for his work. But in September 2024, he had to return home early due to a medical emergency. He needed surgery to remove gallstones.

After recovering from the surgery, Brick did not give up on finishing his mission. He was reassigned to Boston, Massachusetts, and continued his service there until his official return in July 2025. His commitment to completing his mission, even after a health setback, became a point of inspiration for many of his followers.

Where is Brock Mikesell going on his mission?

Brock Mikesell initially went on his mission to Fortaleza, Brazil, beginning in August 2023. As part of his preparation, he spent time learning Portuguese, the primary language spoken in Brazil. However, due to health complications that required emergency surgery in September 2024, he had to cut that mission short and return home.

After recovering, Brock was reassigned to Boston, Massachusetts, where he completed the remainder of his mission before returning home in July 2025. Both locations are part of the missionary program run by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, which Brock is an active member of.

And, oh, Brock was baptized into the Mormon Church on June 2, 2012, when he was just eight years old.

What happened to Brock Mikesell and his family (plane crash)?

On August 9, 2020, back when Brock was 16 years old and still in high school, he and five others, including his twin brother, Boston, and their parents, Gentry and Betsy, survived a terrifying plane crash near Moon Lake in Duchesne County, Utah. The small Cessna T210M, piloted by family friend Shadrach Feild, suddenly lost engine power during the flight, leaving only seconds to prepare for an emergency landing.

According to KSL-TV, the group was flying near Moon Lake on a Friday morning when the plane’s engine gave out. Shadrach recalled the moment clearly, saying,

> “I pushed the throttle in and there was no power. It took about 12 seconds from that point to the time we touched down.”

Despite the danger, Shadrach managed to find an open field to land in, avoiding a nearby beach where people were gathered. Betsy Mikesell later said she felt a strange calmness during the descent and believed they were being “carried down to the ground” by a higher power. Shadrach himself said,

> “I absolutely know that God had his hand in this. It’s a miracle.”

Brock was able to walk away from the crash, but others were not as fortunate in avoiding injuries. His father Gentry suffered a broken femur, tibia, shattered ankle, broken nose, and three facial fractures, along with a T12 back injury. Betsy had four broken ribs on each side, a neck injury, and bruised lungs. Boston fractured his hip, while Shadrach also sustained a T12 back injury. Shadrach’s wife Jazyln broke her arm and wrist.

Looking back, Shadrach noted that if the engine had failed just 45 seconds earlier, there would have been nowhere safe to land, and the outcome could have been fatal. The Federal Aviation Administration later launched an investigation into the crash, but the Mikesell family and their friends remain grateful to be alive.

How tall is Brock Mikesell?

Brock stands at 5 feet 8 inches tall, which is approximately 171 cm. He weighs around 68 kg, or about 150 lbs. He has black hair and hazel brown eyes, features he shares with his identical twin brother Boston.

Interestingly, Brock Mikesell was born 2.5 months premature, which is a detail his family has shared over the years. Despite that early start, he grew up healthy and active, eventually becoming a content creator and missionary. And, well, now a married man.

How much money does Brock Mikesell have?
