CaseOh is one of the biggest names on Twitch right now, and yes, that’s intentional wordplay. The Gen Z gaming creator, now 27, has made a career out of being in on the joke about his weight, but recently fans have noticed he’s toning things down a bit. So how much does CaseOh actually weigh, and does he really feel bad about all those jokes?

How Much Does CaseOh Weigh?

Let’s get straight to the question everyone has been asking: How much does CaseOh weigh in pounds? CaseOh weighs around 346 pounds, which is approximately 157 kg.

Given that his height is 6 feet 2 inches (188 cm), his frame carries the weight differently than say, a below 6ft man with the same weight as him. But, of course, with his current weight, he’s objectively a big guy.

Now, there have been tons of jokes about what CaseOh’s actual weight might be, with many people joking that he weighs a ton and others saying he weighs more than planet earth. Case, in his own part, is in on the joke; sometimes even saying he weighs 119 pounds.

Although there have been sources hinting Case’s weight to be 199 kg, which is about 438.7 pounds, Case Baker doesn’t really weigh that much. The 346-pound figure is much more accurate, looking at everything from his height to his body posture when he’s seated during streams.

CaseOh’s Weight at Birth

Now, during a September 2025 Twitch stream, Case Baker called his mom Angie Baker on the phone and asked her how much he (Case) weighed at birth. She confirmed that Case was actually a small baby at birth and weighed only 7 pounds and a half ounce, which is approximately 3.1 kg or 112.5 ounces.

To put Case’s weight at birth into perspective, an average baby weighs 3.3 kg (7 pounds and 6 ounces) for males and 3.2 kg (7 pounds and 2 ounces) for females. Case’s weight at birth was, given all this facts, pretty much normal; below average.

So, most people wonder even more how he gained all of that weight, especially given that neither his mom nor dad is on the big side… now, that’s if genetics are to be looked at in his ‘case.’

The Weight Jokes That Built His Brand

CaseOh’s weight has been a source of ongoing inside jokes within his Twitch community; a very open running gag in his fan base involves making jokes about his weight, which Case Baker himself participates in and seems to enjoy.

He’s known for responding to these ‘fat jokes’ in a humorous way, often telling his audience “You’re banned” when someone makes a joke about his weight. That catchphrase has become iconic and so has Case. And, no, Case never banks anyone for making a fat joke.

Cue into what a fan of his said he did after he made a fat joke targeted at Case:

Some of the nicknames and jokes related to his weight include references to food and his love of eating. CaseOh is known for his love of food and wacky food-related nicknames, several of which come from PlayStation Network messages from his viewers. He has jokingly claimed to cause food shortages due to his appetite and has made self-deprecating jokes about his weight on stream.

Even more interestingly, his mom, Angie Baker, has said that she likes the jokes people make about CaseOh, her son, because CaseOh likes them. This, as you’d imagine, is one of most iconic pushbacks in the fat joke side of Twitch, this writer had told the in-house editor once this story was assigned to him to cover.

But, anyway. Moving on… Not only his mom’s, the actual “1×1 Lego piece” joke will always be iconic in his community, along with his “BANNED” gag that has become his signature response. A few people think Case just allows the jokes for the likability and income it brings, which kinda makes sense but not entirely the reason he allows it.

Does CaseOh Feel Bad About His Weight?

So does CaseOh feel bad about his weight and about the fat jokes? Well… not according to him. Now, furing his appearance on the Jynxzi Podcast back in 2024, when Jynx asked him about how he really feels about people making fat jokes about his weight, he responded that it doesn’t get to him or make him feel bad.

“No, absolutely not. I am the happiest,” CaseOh said, in part, while looking visibly unbothered.

“For anybody that is concerned if it gets to me or not, I’m literally the happiest you’d see. I encourage the jokes. A fat joke or something like that would absolutely never ever get to me, maybe when I was younger, but now it’s like it’s a joke and even if somebody isn’t joking, I really don’t care.”

Case Baker also addressed a clip that went viral back then, showing him supposedly afraid to eat. “There was a whole lot of people who are genuinely concerned, and I genuinely appreciate the people that are concerned, but no, it doesn’t get to me, I’m literally the happiest person,” he clarified.

What Happened to CaseOh? The Shift in Content

What happened to CaseOh recently has his community talking. Fans on Reddit (or haters, at this point, man XD) have noticed, or rather, are saying that Case has toned down the fat jokes significantly.

While he used to rely heavily on being the butt of fat jokes, for clips and content, and would often respond with his iconic “You’re banned” catchphrase, he’s been giving fewer responses to weight comments lately. Or, at least, according what a Reddit user said they noticed.

His mom, Angie Baker, previously said she likes the jokes people make about her son because CaseOh likes them. But things seem to be changing.

Some fans expressed genuine concern about his health, saying he needs to ‘seriously’ lose weight. After that, CaseOh set boundaries about what’s acceptable in his Twitch community. His fan base now knows not to seriously advise him about his weight, though he appreciates people who, as they always are, genuinely care about him.

The shift appears intentional. Case is branching into more varied humor and authentic streaming content instead of relying on self-deprecating weight jokes.

Did CaseOh Lose Weight?

Did CaseOh lose weight? There’s no public confirmation that Case has lost a significant amount of weight. However, the fact that he’s toning down the weight-related content and setting boundaries with his community suggests he may be thinking more seriously about his health and how he wants to be perceived online, especially going forward.

Some fans are genuinely worried about his health given his size, while others appreciate that he’s moving toward more varied content that doesn’t rely solely on self-deprecating humor about his body.

CaseOh’s Career Beyond the Fat Jokes

CaseOh, whose real name is Case Dylan Baker, is an American gaming content creator on Twitch and social media personality best known for his caseohgames accounts. He has shared short clips of himself playing Only Up!, Amnesia, Five Nights at Freddy’s, and more. He has more than 9 million fans on his caseohgames TikTok page and streams on his caseoh_ Twitch page.

He began his career by posting NBA 2K content on TikTok on September 9, 2022 and two days later, after posting his first TikTok video, he would on September 11, 2022, start streaming on Twitch.

Now, prior to going viral on TikTok, he worked as a maintenance man with his dad mowing grass. A week before he started streaming, his card was declined at the Dollar Store. Now look at him.

The Arkansas native was born on May 9, 1998, making him 27 years old. He has two brothers, and his parents are Angie Baker (CaseOh’s Mom) and David Baker (CaseOh Dad). He has a popular series of videos on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram called “It is what it is.”

Outside of TikTok, he’s a partnered broadcaster on Twitch. One of his Hogwarts Legacy TikTok videos went viral with more than 8 million views. He’s played virtual Uno with his fans and other content creators and streams games from the horror genre, as well as games like Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout.

The Bottom Line

CaseOh weighs 346 pounds and stands 6 feet 2 inches tall. While he’s said the weight jokes don’t bother him, he’s clearly shifting away from making them the focus of his content.

Whether that means he’s planning to lose weight or just wants to be known for more than fat jokes, only time will tell. Either way, his fans just want to see him happy and healthy, whether that means losing weight or not.
